Miyumba Bush Camp, Boodjamulla NP, QLD

Day 182 – 17th August 2011
Miyumba Bush Camp, Boodjamulla NP, QLD

This morning we went for a walk to view the caves before driving back to Camooweal town to fuel up. On the way out of town we visited The Drover’s Camp, revealing the history and life of the drovers. Next we travelled on to the Riversleigh section of Boodjamulla (Lawn Hill) NP via a 95km gravel road which started off alright but soon turned into a –as we expected - corrugated road where we did only 25-30km/h. We were glad to finally get there! After tea we played a game of monopoly that Andrew won by getting Nele completely bankrupt.
