Cane Break Pools Campground, WA (east of Margaret River)
We decided to do the ‘Rails to Trails’ bike ride from Margaret River to Cowaramup and see some wineries along the way. We had to extend the bike ride to visit the wineries which turned the bike ride from 30km into 45km – a little more than we expected. We visited 2 wineries (Howard Park / Madfish and Cape Grace winery) we then had a beautiful late lunch at ‘Olio Bello,’ an olive farm with café. I would highly recommend you go there for lunch they do amazing pizzas & pastas (homemade bases and pastas) and not too expensive, you can take your own wine if you like. We made it back to Margaret River very tired with sore backsides and thighs and were relieved to sit back and enjoy a cold beer at Cane Break Pools Campground where we stayed for the night.
