Day 201 – 5th September 2011
Cairns Holiday Park, Carins, QLD
Today we had the van booked in for its 150,000km service – so between Perth and Cairns we have travelled 15,000km! We had lunch in the city at a nice organic café and continued looking at hiking gear. Picking up the van we got a bit of a surprise as we expected everything to be fine but it turned out the brakes liquid is leaking somewhere and also the cooling liquid hasn’t got the right colour so somehow and somewhere some wrong liquid was put in. So we will have to sort this out tomorrow. In the evening we enjoyed fresh prawns with salad and a nice glass of white wine.
