Day 92– 19th May 2011
Samson Beach Caravan Park, Point Samson, WA
This morning we had a look around the mining town of Karratha. After lunch we headed to Roebourne where the visitor information centre is located in the old goal and the museum is quite interesting explaining the town’s history. Drove to Cossack, a ghost town (only 2 remaining locals) with many historical buildings which you can explore on the Emma Withnell Heritage Trail and continued on to Point Samson with a stop at Honeymoon Cove.
