Lake Burbury South Boatramp, TAS (23km Southwest of Queenstown)

This morning we drove to Ocean Beach where we had breakfast and relaxed for a while. Afterwards we took the gravel road to Macquarie Heads and walked to Hells Gates. Back in Strahan we drove up to Watertank Lookout before continuing on to Queenstown with many nice views on the way. In Queenstown we did some grocery shopping and filled up with fuel, before visiting the information centre to enquire about the drive to Lake Bunbury. We were told it’s worth doing so after a quick stop at Spion Kopf Lookout, we headed out along the scenic drive to Lake Burbury where we camped for the night.
