Day 88– 15th May 2011
Osprey Bay Campsite, Cape Range National Park, Exmouth, WA

Had a bit of a sleep-in as only got up at 8.30am this morning. After breakfast we did the Mandu Mandu Gorge walk (3km return – 1h). There is no water in this gorge and you actually walk in the creek bed. Nice walk but if you had to choose between the 2 gorge walks we’d recommend the Yardie Creek one. Continued on to Turquoise Bay for some snorkelling. There is a drift snorkel here so you walk in one end of the beach and let yourself drift to the other end while watching all the fish in this beautiful clear water. Great sea life with colourful fish of all different shapes and sizes. In between snorkelling we relaxed on the beach reading a book. Headed back to the campsite and Andrew went for a run and a swim. Afterwards we enjoyed the sunset and sat down to a nice Thai squid stir fry.
