Bunda Cliffs, SA

Day 16 – 4th Mar 2011
Bunda Cliffs, SA
Visited:
Yalata - Dog Proof fence / Well known Australian road sign (camel / emu / kangaroo)
Head of Great Australian Bight – great views of the Bunda Cliffs – access via the visitor / whale centre (no whales of course)

Nullarbor plains – as the name suggests there were no trees in sight as we crossed the flat plain.  We came across  a number of RFDS (Royal Flying Doctor Service) airstrips which Nele insisted on taking a photo of.

Bunda cliffs Lookout – camped here for the night, great views of the bight. Unbeknown to us we were visited by a small friend during the night…….
