Day 223 – 27th September 2011
Eliot Falls Campsite, Jardine River National Park, QLD
Today – for a change- we didn't have to drive far to reach our destination. At the intersection of the NDR and OTT, we took the OTT north to Fruit Bat Falls – nice falls and great croc-free swimming hole. We enjoyed a refreshing swim before continuing on along the OTT to Eliot Falls. We set up camp and went for a walk to view the Eliot, Twin and Saucepan Falls. For the remainder of the day we relaxed and enjoyed a few more dips in the falls.

Hi Nele & Andrew. Thanks for your overview. I am planning on doing this trip in July and have a 4wd but no snorkel. Can I get into Eliot Falls camp ground?
